India's exports have witnessed consistent growth in recent years, driven by supportive government policies, improved digital infrastructure, better logistics and trade reforms, a senior commerce ministry official said on Tuesday.
Speaking at a regional media interaction organised by the Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC) and the Department of Commerce here, Senior Economic Adviser Agrim Kaushal highlighted the government's commitment to making India a global leader in the textiles and apparel sector.
He referred to the Prime Minister's "5F vision" - "Farm to Fibre, Fibre to Factory, Factory to Fashion, and Fashion to Foreign" -- as a key framework guiding the sector's growth
